  • Our client, a market leading firm of Accountants and Advisors, seek a recently qualified accountant for the position ofCorporate Finance Executive. You will join a team of highly experienced professionals, who have won numerous awards for the Corporate Finance deals they have worked on. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain top quality corporate finance experience in a business which values it people. This business have an excellent deal flow, and it is anticipated that 2026 will be another successful year for them. You will work with a wide variety of clients on an extensive range of projects from mergers and acquisitions to valuations to business planning and raising bank finance. You may have existing experience of working in Corporate Finance, although they are happy to consider applicants coming from non Corporate Finance Backgrounds i.e. Audit, Tax, Accounting, however some previous experience working within a client facing professional services / Accounting / Advisory firm would be required. This role is being offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in their Dublin office and 2 days from home. The Role: Carrying out Pre and Post contract financial Due Diligence and Financial reviews. Preparing and assisting with Valuation reports. M&A growth strategy for our national and international clients. Preparing business plans and integrated financial projections. Fundraising - understanding banking facility agreements and overview of the various lenders and funding options available in the Irish market. Assisting with Financial Modelling. Advising on Debt and Equity raising. Assisting with sale or purchase mandates including preparation of information memoranda, management of virtual data rooms etc. Preparing decision making papers for presentation to key internal and external stakeholders Assisting in the structuring of deals. Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. The Candidate: A qualified accountant in ACA / ACCA / CPA with at least 3-4 years experience. This experience will ideally be in Corporate Finance (M&A, TS, Valuations or similar) or alternatively in audit, accounting or tax. Have a curious mind, can do attitude and strong commercial acumen. Previous experience working on projects and preparing reports for Transaction Services / M&A / Due Diligence is an advantage. Ambitious, self-motivated, and excited about working in a client-facing role within a dynamic team. Excellent accounting and analytical skills. Strong leadership skills to encourage and mentor junior members in the team. Excellent attention to detail. Great interpersonal skills with all stakeholders. This team prepare financial statements, management accounting and supports ad hoc finance projects for a mix of international and indigenous companies. Due to this growth, they are looking to hire anOutsourced Accounting Director and this person may be either a qualified accountant working as Senior Manager / Director in a similar Outsourced Accounting department or as a Senior Manager / Director within a general practice firm currently working across a mix of accounting, tax and audit but perhaps looking to specialise more in financial and management accounting and not audit. Alternatively, somebody who trained in practice up until qualified level but has spent a number of years working within a medium - large industry company would be a good fit. This person will play a key role in the ongoing growth of the department and enjoy strong career progression.   • TAX MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER Due to strong growth, my client, a leading firm of Business and Tax Advisors, seek a Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager (depending on experience) for their growing tax team. They have a very strong tax planning focus and their clients include High Net Worths, international clients, indigenous groups and Owner Managed Businesses. This role will focus on Corporation Tax across a mix of clients including international and indigenous businesses. You will manage a team of high quality tax professionals and focus on developing strong relationships with new and existing clients. This will include advice on tax structuring / restructuring and Tax Planning for indigenous groups and inbound/outbound clients.
