What you’ll do Deliver global category plans across our strategic categories, working closely with existing Procurement teams in Flutter Functions and our Regions across $6.6bn of spend (which is forecast to grow) Lead high value and high impact strategic initiatives to create value with our suppliers and optimise costs. Partner closely with existing Procurement teams to ensure Flutter maximises its leverage and value. Develop and manage key strategic supplier partnerships, focusing on long-term relationships that drive mutual value particularly in the areas of technology, marketing and payments, operations, sports and casino. Lead initiatives across Flutter on innovation and continuous improvement in products, processes and technologies in conjunction with strategic suppliers. This role will facilitate joint problem‑solving and identify opportunities for co‑development and value‑added collaboration. Equip Flutter’s global stakeholders with the necessary tools, capabilities, resources and knowledge to effectively identify, synthesise, engage and deliver strategic partnerships with Flutter across the globe working closely with ExCo and senior leaders to achieve this. Collaborate closely with ExCo, senior leadership and internal stakeholders globally to align supplier activities with Flutter’s objectives and key results. Establish and monitor performance metrics (OKRs) for strategic suppliers; work with suppliers to improve performance, delivery and identify areas for value creation.   • Job Title – Senior Transformation Analyst – Finance Location – Dublin/London Hybrid Working 12 month FTC What you’ll do Support the Senior Manager in delivering treasury-related initiatives across the Project Polaris pillars: Organisation & People, Systems & Data, Process & Reporting and ICFR (Controls). Assist with maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies and actions for treasury workstreams. Prepare analysis, documentation and supporting materials for workshops, design sessions and governance forums. How you’ll do it 3–4 years’ experience in treasury, finance transformation, financial systems or a related role within a multinational or complex organisation and/or Big Four consultancy. Foundational understanding of treasury operations, cash management, banking and liquidity concepts. Exposure to finance or treasury systems and systems change initiatives desirable. Awareness of treasury controls and SOX / ICFR environments preferred. Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience supporting senior stakeholders. What You Will Do Support reviews for the local statutory financial statements function and subsidiary audit relationships, including planning, preparation, handling audit queries, and collaborating with partners Provide technical accounting advice and support to the team Review and approve monthly journal postings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SOX prioritisation requirements Investigate and analyse significant variances within areas of responsibility and report findings to leadership Maintain effective operation of the intercompany end‑to‑end process through cooperation with tax, treasury, and the extended finance team Build and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators including external auditors, regulators, and internal teams (Treasury, Tax, and Global Finance) Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship Prepare and review financial packs for assigned departments with high‑level analysis and variance commentary Coordinate the maintenance and improvement of internal controls Manage Group recharge accounting in conjunction with the transfer pricing and tax teams Coordinate accounting for and disclosure of tax workings in collaboration with the Flutter tax team Manage finance transformation projects as required Required Qualifications & Experience Qualified Accountant with 6–8+ years of progressive experience, preferably in a multinational/PLC environment or Big‑4 accounting firm IFRS and US GAAP experience Proven experience crafting and maintaining a strong internal control environment (SOX or equivalent in a highly regulated industry) Strong financial accounting experience with solid understanding of current technical accounting issues Experience with transfer pricing agreements, ideally within a large corporation Strong financial systems experience – Oracle Financials is an advantage Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel Key Proficiencies Excellent communicator and influencer: adapts style to different audiences and conveys mission, vision and values Commercial acumen: awareness of the broader gambling sector and internal functions within Flutter Problem solver: strong analytical skills and ability to explore future scenarios Innovation: curiosity, creativity, lateral thinking and tenacity Team builder: motivational leadership and network engagement to achieve outcomes Assertive and confident, able to work credibly with senior stakeholders Deliver high‑quality work under pressure with tight deadlines Excellent time‑management skills Benefits Bonus scheme Uncapped holiday allowance Enhanced pension scheme Private healthcare Life assurance Income protection Enhanced parental leave We are a flexible employer; if you have personal commitments or hobbies, we encourage you to bring your best self to work and feel empowered to do so.
