This is a hands-on, consultative role that combines pipeline ownership with in-person relationship building. You’ll meet restaurant and takeaway owners, and franchise operators to understand their challenges, introduce Flipdish’s technology, and help them modernise how they operate and grow. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales process – from first contact to signed contract – with a strong focus on closing new business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for tech and hospitality who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment. What you’ll do… Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and initial outreach through to proposal, negotiation and close. You’ll be expected to independently drive deals forward with pace and professionalism. Nurture a pipeline of high-quality leads, ensuring consistent activity across calls, meetings, and follow-ups. You’ll be proactive in chasing warm leads and building your own territory from scratch where needed. Run compelling face-to-face meetings with potential clients, adapting your pitch based on their business size, needs and goals. You’ll make Flipdish’s value tangible through tailored demonstrations and strong commercial rationale. Listen, diagnose, advise – you’ll uncover pain points and build consultative business cases to show how Flipdish can drive better outcomes for restaurants, takeaways, food trucks and chains alike. Navigate complex deals by engaging with multiple stakeholders, overcoming objections, and finding the right commercial structure for each customer. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Customer Success to feedback on client needs and support a smooth onboarding once a deal is signed. Track your performance through our CRM, maintaining clean and accurate data to help with forecasting and pipeline reviews. What we’re looking for… 2+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying new business role, ideally in hospitality tech or with hospitality experience Proven success managing your own pipeline and consistently hitting or exceeding targets. A confident and articulate communicator, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility in person and over the phone. Comfortable with consultative selling – you know how to ask the right questions, listen actively, and link product features to business outcomes. Self-motivated and organised – able to plan your territory, schedule meetings, and follow up diligently without needing constant direction. Commercially savvy – able to build strong business cases and confidently discuss pricing, ROI, and contract terms. Tech-curious – you don’t need to be a developer, but you should be interested in how technology can improve real-world problems. Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) to track sales activity and report on pipeline progress. What you get We’re a growing startup and we understand that amazing incentives will attract amazing talent. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer unparalleled opportunities for career growth.
