Completion of quality checks at pre-pour stage, highlighting any issues to relevant supervisors/managers. Liaise with the relevant supervisors/ managers to highlight any remedial works that need to be carried out at a post-pour stage. Completion of Quality Control Checklist and other relevant paperwork as inspections are completed. Coordinate with department managers in relation to units that require additional pours. Take a proactive approach to identifying any quality issues. Feed information about recurring quality issues back to Quality Manager and wider quality team. Work as part of the quality team in efforts to promote a "Right First Time" approach to Quality. Work with Post-Production Team to assist with problem-solving during post-production practices. Plan the timing of quality checks throughout the day to ensure quality checks can be completed in a timely manner. Performance of other Quality duties and assisting rest of Quality team when required. Completion of reasonable overtime on weekdays and weekends. Completion of other reasonable tasks which may be assigned by the line manager and/or their designees.
