PURPOSE This role is based at the Fleetwood Healthcare HQ, Kilpedder, Wicklow. This role is responsible for Endoscopy sales across Ireland, with a focus on Munster region. Reporting To Sales Director – Michelle Casey Core Deliverables / Focus of the role Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships in hospitals. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues/concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, market development and competitor activity. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Other duties as required Requirements Degree in business, marketing, nursing or related field Proven track record of success in sales and territory management Experience in selling endoscopy consumables is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and part of a team.
