    Service Advisor -Fitzpatrick's Hyundai Tullamore Fitzpatrick's Garage Group, celebrating over 74 years in business operate a number of car dealerships covering Counties Kildare, Laois, Carlow and Offaly and holding franchises for Hyundai, Opel, smart and Mercedes-Benz. Fitzpatrick's Tullamorewish to recruit an additional Service Advisor to join our successful operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our aftersales team as we embark on a major expansion of our Hyundai operations. Responsibilities will include; Assist in the day to day administration and management of our busy Service Department Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and always exceeding their expectations Appointment bookings, Job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments Preparation of Repair Estimates, final invoicing and processing and settlement of warranty claims Maintain product and technical knowledge across our range of passenger cars Job status monitoring and customer communication Work with our After-sales teams to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met The successful candidates will have; Previous experience in a Customer Service role is essential Be highly motivated and able to work on their own initiative Previous experience in the motor industry is desirable Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Strong Computer Skills including MS Office and experience with CDK/Kerridge would be advantageous Demonstrate a strong interest and knowledge of the motor industry Full, clean driving licence Attractive terms including bonus incentive scheme, pension will be offered to the successful candidates.     Service Manager Fitzpatrick's Naas (Hyundai & Opel) Fitzpatrick's Garage Naas is seeking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to strengthen their Aftersales team. Fitzpatrick's Garage Naas is a member of the Fitzpatrick's Garage Group, established in 1951 with Sales & Aftersales operations covering Kildare, Carlow, Offaly & Laois. Fitzpatricks Naas operates from modern, multi-franchise aftersales facilities with main dealer franchises for Hyundai, Opel and are authorised repairers for Toyota. Duties and Responsibilities Ensuring the efficient running of our busy Service Department Managing workflow, work in progress, ensuring that operational & growth targets are achieved Working with senior management and the Sales & Aftersales teams to ensure company objectives are achieved Ensure all work is invoiced and warranty claims processed in a timely manner Managing and reporting on technician productivity and efficiency Assist with customer issues, providing technical information, costs, recommendations ensuring a high level of customer service Ensuring staff are up to date with technical and product knowledge as required Assist with implementing and managing our training plan Liaison with our Franchise partners to ensure operational & quality standards are achieved Ensuring that staff adhere to all Company policies, procedures and safety standards The ideal candidate will have A minimum of 3 years operational management of a busy Service Department in a main franchise dealer environment Previous mechanical and/or workshop control experience Be target driven, with a demonstrable track record of success Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and retention Candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative, while contributing significantly and enthusiastically to the successful running of our aftersales operations.
