As a Fitzpatrick's Junior Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, initiating conversations and building rapport to excite them about the Opel brand! As a new member of the sales team, you will be a point of contact for our customers, welcoming them into our showroom or responding to telephone or online enquiries. You will deliver presentations of our products and vehicles, showing an outstanding knowledge and understanding of all things brand‑related. Role and Responsibilities Meeting and greeting showroom guests Presentation of models and assisting with customer test drives and handovers Assisting with our sales and marketing events Assist sales staff with the daily operations of the department Create and maintain a positive, customer‑friendly sales environment Offer, promote and sell the value of all new and used vehicles in line with Fitzpatrick's and Opel's brand trading policies. This will involve updating our used car websites and creating video presentations for customers Be prepared to receive and welcome new customers’ enquiries (via telephone, walk‑in, e‑mail) Guide and inform the customer while being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction What We’re Looking For Proven record of excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people, with previous retail experience desirable and an interest in cars and the motor industry; a background in the motor industry not required. As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will be providing a first-class customer experience while maximising sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The smooth running of the Parts Department is vital to our business, and you will become a key element of the team. Monitoring and maintaining our stock levels to ensure that they meet customer demands, along with monitoring and maintaining our work in progress. Main Responsibilities Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from the first contact right through to the customer collecting their vehicle. Serving Parts through both the front counter and workshop. Maintain and build relationships with trade customers and suppliers; ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously. Reporting any stock damage or stock losses to the Parts Manager. To assist in stock checks when required. Liaising and having open communication with both our Service Department and Technicians.
