Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Special Needs Assistant located in Ireland. The Special Needs Assistant will support individuals with special needs to ensure their well-being, dignity, and independence in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, promoting engagement in education and activities, providing companionship, implementing individualized care plans, and supporting the overall development of the service users. Reporting to a Care Supervisor, the Special Needs Assistant will work collaboratively to meet the tailored needs of each individual.
