Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Special Needs Assistant located in Ireland. The Special Needs Assistant will support individuals with special needs to ensure their well-being, dignity, and independence in day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, promoting engagement in education and activities, providing companionship, implementing individualized care plans, and supporting the overall development of the service users. Reporting to a Care Supervisor, the Special Needs Assistant will work collaboratively to meet the tailored needs of each individual. Current Locations We are actively recruiting for SNAs to join our team to work in the following areas; Sandyford, Co. Dublin Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow What We Offer Paid Training Refer a Friend Scheme Qualifications Previous care experience an advantage. QQI Level 5 in SNA or equivalent is required. Ability to follow individual care plans, observe and report changes in behaviors or needs, and collaborate with team members effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
