Job Description: Fingal County Council is seeking to fill a post of Senior Executive Quantity Surveyor. This post is for a full-time position in the Architect’s Department, which is responsible for ensuring provision of a high level of Architectural Services consisting of architectural design, conservation, urban design and building procurement and quantity surveying services to all departments of Fingal County Council. The Department has a varied pattern of work with a renewed emphasis on the provision of new social and affordable housing in line with government policy. In addition, it has a primary role in devising and implementing programmes to best use Fingal County Council’s existing housing stock. The department also works on public and community buildings.
