The Opportunity We’re looking for a Customer Support & Collections Officer to join our Arrears Team. This role is not just about collections — it’s about supporting customers through their repayment journey . You’ll work closely with customers to understand their situation, provide solutions, and deliver a high standard of service while managing accounts effectively. What You’ll Do Engage with customers regarding repayments, arrears, and account queries Provide supportive, solution-focused guidance to help customers manage repayments Deliver a high level of customer service across all interactions Handle loan and payment queries efficiently and professionally Take secure card payments over the phone Manage your daily pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups Work closely with internal teams and external partners where required Maintain accurate and compliant records of all interactions What We’re Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Experience in a customer-facing role (collections experience an advantage) Good IT skills and ability to multitask Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing a busy workload Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus if you have: Experience in collections, credit control, or financial services QFA or related financial qualification Why Join Us?
