While our heritage lies in tax and accounting, our Financial Advisory (FFA) arm has become an increasingly vital part of our story. Following two years of fantastic organic growth, we are entering 2026 ready to truly scale this side of the business.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will serve as the Senior Brand Manager for Fenero Financial Advisors. This role is perfect for a results-driven brand specialist with a hunger to succeed in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.
We operate in a cluttered market, and need you to drive consistent brand messaging, champion our brand values, and drive measurable brand salience and growth. While the Director sets the high-level strategy and annual plans, you will be intimately involved in the execution across all channels.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience
Financial Services Expertise (5+ years): Minimum of 5 years dedicated Brand Management/Marketing experience in the financial services sector (Central Bank and advertising standards regulatory knowledge) in Ireland. This is essential for understanding the financial landscape / compliance requirements.
Brand Ownership Track Record: Proven track record of taking a value proposition and scaling it across multiple channels.
Digital fluency: Advanced competency in executing and analysing performance data through Google Analytics, social analytics etc.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities
Brand Custodian: Lead and enforce the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all touchpoints from the website to sales materials.
Asset creation: Develop best‑in‑class materials from sales tools to newsletters.
Campaign delivery: Work with the brand agency to develop and execute high‑impact internal and digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation (e.g., social media, PPC, email).
Social media management: Approve, deliver, and track monthly social media content and performance across channels.
Customer‑Centricity: Be the voice of FFA customers internally, driving insights and ensuring every communication enhances customer experience.
Budget management: Monthly tracking of spend and ROI.
KPI tracking/reporting: Closely track and report on KPIs across all activities.
