Deliver a consistent, high level of professional advice and consultation with respect to clients’ needs. Ability to undertake in-depth evaluations of a client's financial situation, current provisions, future goals, and risk attitude while conducting a comprehensive fact find with clients to discover their needs and objectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes through feedback and cooperation with support staff. Maintaining professional development and accreditation through tutorials and seminars. Reporting to management and support staff on activities, business targets, and meetings undertaken. Keep up‑to‑date with financial products and legislation. Keep line managers/directors updated on operational issues. Achieve or exceed agreed business targets and meet business compliance standards and requirements. The role will require occasional travel for coverage of the network of offices in the region. Essential Requirements Candidate must be fully QFA and CPD compliant. Proven experience in similar role. Communicates effectively and openly, with exceptional phone and written communication skills. Actively seeks out possibilities to learn, improve, and develop themselves, as well as practical opportunities for the company's growth. A systematic approach to an active workload, prioritizing activities to ensure that they are completed. Is accountable for maintaining positive working relationships with coworkers, management, and business partners. Performs well and takes initiative to attain positive outcomes and goals. Experience of working in a sales role within a brokerage or similar background would be a distinct advantage to your application.
