Job Description As a Site Manager you are involved with the successful delivery of projects, working alongside Senior Management team. Initiating continuous improvements to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management. Monitor project strategies in order to achieve the company's sustainability objectives. Developing and monitoring strategies to deliver a quality build in accordance with the requirements of the project. Develop, nurture and manage supply chain relationships. Ensure the principles of the Considerate Constructor's Scheme are adopted and managing community relations. Challenging and interrogative reporting on progress and instigating corrective actions, as required. Job Description As a Site Engineer you will primarily be involved in the daily inspection of the quality of the work completed onsite. Alongside with the site team you will initiate continuous improvements to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. This will ensure the customers' expectations are met, whilst aligning activities within industry standards. Responsibilities Build strong working relationships with the Engineering team and sub-contractors Assist in managing systems to enable the progress of work to be reviewed against time, quality, dimensions and quantity Assist in the recording and testing of workmanship and materials, i.e., drainage, concrete, piling, brickwork etc Responsible for setting out works constructed within allowable tolerances.
