The role of our Restaurant Manager is to oversee our Maxwell's Restaurant & Cedar Rooms staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations and to provide efficient, prompt, trouble-free, courteous, and quality food & beverage service to our guests. Role/Responsibilities: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize total revenue across all segments, including rooms, spa, golf, and food & beverage. Analyse market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to create accurate demand forecasts and pricing models. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all main competitors (renovations, out of order rooms strategies, new hotels, existing hotels becoming competitors, conference centers, etc.) Manage room inventory, rate plans, and distribution channels to optimize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR) and Revenue per Available Room (RevPar), with a focus on total revenue management. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ancillary revenue generation. Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to present to the Leadership Team and all stakeholders. Ensure achievement of budgeted segmentation and revenue goals and assist in developing the annual revenue strategy. Responsible for the implementation of effective restriction methods in periods of high demand. Identify high-yield segments and develop targeted approaches to maximize revenue during higher demand periods. Communicate daily pick up, pick up by segment, pace, and rate strategy. Conduct weekly and monthly Revenue Management meetings, minutes to be taken and filed. Ensure accurate reporting for analysis with time frames and standardized formats to be agreed with the DOSM & General Manager. Requirements Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel revenue management. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Expertise in revenue management systems and property management software. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. A proactive, commercial mindset combined with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and create long-term plans that drive success. Plans daily housekeeping schedule and assigns duties. Develop and implement a standard of excellence that staff is completely trained to perform and expected to follow. Organize and set up deep cleaning projects. Identify and report maintenance related problems. Monitor guest complaints and take corrective action. Responsible for the cleanliness, appearance, and orderliness of the entire hotel. Track operating costs in an ongoing effort to keep department in budget by making any necessary adjustments. Maintain inventory of supplies and linens. Effectively handle problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems. Recognize and correct conditions which may create security, fire, or accident hazards. Assist in housekeeping duties when necessary. Ensure rooms are placed Out of Order for carpet cleaning and holding for shampooing. Conduct random detailed inspections of guest rooms and public areas. Knowledge of Hotel Facilities and Events. Maintain a positive, calm, and cooperative work environment between staff and other departments. Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements 2-3 years' experience in housekeeping in a hotel with at least 3 years in a supervisory position. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
