The Falls Hotel & Spa is currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team Responsibilties To keep the kitchen and designated areas in a clean hygienic condition in compliance with hotel and hygiene regulations, and assist Chefs if the need arises. Operation of the Hotel dishwashing machine Cleaning of Kitchen pots, pans and utensils at the pot wash area of the kitchen and ensuring they are stored correctly. Deep cleaning of kitchen/larder areas, equipment and storage areas.
