Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions using Azure DevOps, including automated testing, solution packaging, and deployment. Implement robust security models within Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including role‑based security, field‑level security, and business unit hierarchies. Create and manage custom connectors and APIs to extend Power Platform capabilities and integrate with external systems and services. Monitor and optimise system performance through proactive diagnostics, telemetry e.g., Application Insights, and performance tuning of custom components and integrations. Excellent communication – demonstrated experience standing in front of a room to either identify and collect requirements or to guide training and help users become confident working with the latest technology. Always keeping current with the latest releases and updates in Dynamics technologies. Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. Agile Software Development experience. Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies. Good understanding of D365 CE & Power Platform capabilities, integration methods & implementation practices including the Common Data Model of D365/Power Platform. Experience developing Microsoft D365/Power Platform ideally in a Consultancy role or similar. Ideally, you’ll also have Should have experience in using Azure DevOps.
