    Overview Flogas Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Portfolio Manager to establish and manage our PMO in Flogas, overseeing the approval, assignment, and execution of multiple projects across the business, including compliance, sales, marketing, operations, and IT. This role will be pivotal in ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimisation, and efficient project delivery. The successful candidate will manage a team of project managers, assigning them to relevant projects based on expertise and business needs. Key attributes 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple projects. Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in the IT Services sector gained in organisations where IT is considered critical to their successful operation, specifically including demonstrable experience of; - Significant IT service transformation. - Onboarding / transitioning to major new service providers. - Team leadership and development. - Significant Budget management. - Senior level communications and business relationship management. Up to date knowledge of Service Delivery methodologies applicable to both traditional and agile contexts; must demonstrate the ability to compare / contrast and discuss application. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Work within the Project PMO team to support the management of the Project delivery. The IT Business Partner (ITBP) has the overall responsibility within IT to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business unit for the purpose of business application and technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. The ITBP proactively serves as a “trusted advisor,” and is the primary IT point of contact to business line executives and managers. They operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities. The ITBP provides support in delivering technology products that meet the needs of the business.
