The Role As the Data Intelligence Sr. Product Manager, your primary goal is to build a product line for retail customers based on intelligence gathered with Everseen products and third‑party data sources to deliver, across geographies, regions, stores and lanes, insights such as product performance and inventory shrinkage. You will collaborate with Data, Engineering, Research, Operations and Sales & Marketing teams to prioritize product features and support the development lifecycle from ideation to launch through dashboards, an API and AI‑based customer‑facing solutions, creating a new revenue stream. What You’ll Do Conduct market, competitor and industry research, gather customer feedback, and use data‑driven insights to inform product decisions. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful product launches and revenue goals across all delivery vehicles. Build and communicate product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders and customers, monitoring product performance with analytics to make informed decisions. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and use cases, incorporating feedback into product development. Profile And Skills 5+ years of product management experience in the retail industry with a background in computer vision, machine learning and AI development and delivery. Strong technical background and experience working with engineering teams to develop and launch AI‑based software products. Experience collaborating with sales and marketing to develop collateral, go‑to‑market strategy and customer engagement. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high ambiguity and change. Remote work possible; travel required.
