Job Description The AR & Collections Specialist is responsible for collections of outstanding accounts receivable from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems, and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. The role includes payment posting, preparation and maintenance of collections analysis. This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Collections Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review and manage assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. Resolve client billing problems and reduce accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner. Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management. Provide timely follow‑up on payment arrangements. Provide statement and past‑due invoice copies to clients to encourage payment. Ensure client contact information remains accurate in D365. Apply customer payments daily. Monitor and adjust related information in D365 to ensure accurate revenue reporting and billing. Job Expectations Travel: not necessary. Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education: Accounting or Finance Associate Degree or equivalent. Experience: 3–7 years in a finance or accounting department. Familiar with revenue recognition concepts. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Team player. Technology: Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook. Hands‑on knowledge of accounting software. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Technology: Prior experience with D365. Job Overview Medical Information is a critically important customer‑facing function that supports the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device and digital therapeutic products by providing timely, scientifically balanced, evidence‑based, non‑promotional information in response to unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers and payers. This position is responsible for medical content development‑related client engagements. Key Responsibilities Support Manager, Medical Content Development on content‑development‑related engagements for integrated and complete commercialization deals and for clients who require medical information or medical affairs consulting services. Write and create medical and scientific content for Medical Affairs, Medical Information and Medical Communications, including Scientific Response Documents (SRD), Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) documents, slide sets, abstracts, posters, education and training materials, and other client deliverables. Drive the client document development process from gathering materials and developing scientifically rigorous content to facilitating document review and discussions at medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review meetings. Work with EVERSANA and/or client‑provided document management technology platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats / MedComms) as content owner when appropriate, uploading documents and providing reference anchoring and annotations. Perform scientific data fact‑checking for documents in support of medical reviewers participating in MLR teams. Collaborate with Manager, Medical Content Development on strategy, tactical execution and communication approaches for assigned projects. Participate in key client meetings as assigned. Support preparation of thought‑leadership articles, newsletters, publications, congress presentations, slides and blogs related to medical content services. Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, templates, style guides and guidance documents as necessary. Mentor and coach team members; support hiring and onboarding as needed. Stay knowledgeable of industry best practices and support leadership in evaluating and implementing new technologies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and material quality. Work collaboratively with other medical writers and creative teams across EVERSANA. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Doctorate or Master of Science (MSc) in Life Sciences, healthcare or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or as a Medical Information / Medical Communications service provider. Experience developing global medical information materials (e.g., SRDs, FAQs, custom response documents). Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize complex results. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and staff, succeeding in a matrix team setting while meeting or exceeding timelines. Proficient editing skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Acrobat and related applications. Experience conducting literature searches and working with tools such as PubMed, Ovid and Embase. Experience with reference management and citation software (EndNote, Mendeley, Citavi, etc.). Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices for Medical Information, Medical Affairs and promotional/non‑promotional material review. Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of being results‑driven. Ability to conceptualize, design and deliver best‑in‑class solutions. Preferred Qualifications Pharm.D., Pharm.M, or a degree in Medicine or PhD is preferred; a relevant bachelor’s degree in Life Science is also considered. Experience in Medical Information, Medical Communications, Medical Writing or Medical Affairs, especially developing medical content for new product launches and ongoing materials across multiple therapeutic areas. Ability to develop and articulate ideas that create understanding and motivate others. High proficiency in English (written and verbal) and at least one other European language at Common European Framework level B2, C1 or C2.
