Responsibilities Coordinating PPM and reactive maintenance reports
Supporting helpdesk activity and liaising with clients and subcontractors
Preparing weekly invoices and assisting with accounts (Sage or similar)
Managing client portals, purchase orders, and documentation
General administrative and team support
Qualifications Has experience in administration (technical or facilities background an advantage)
Is organised, confident, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Has good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
Communicates clearly and professionally
