Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain high-quality standards in line with project specifications and client expectations. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and implement best practices on-site. Monitor project progress, addressing issues, and reporting to the Project Manager. Oversee materials management and logistics to maintain project timelines. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Manage site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and progress reports. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out projects, ideally in retail or commercial spaces. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth site operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and organisational abilities. Desirable: Experience working on large-scale retail fit-out projects. Knowledge of UK building regulations and compliance standards.
