As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall leadership and clinical governance of the nursing home. This is a key leadership role within the Finance function, responsible for ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and effective support for decision-making across multiple business units. You will oversee the Finance Department’s day-to-day operations, working closely with the Finance Director and wider leadership team. The role covers financial reporting, control, compliance, cashflow management, and continuous process improvement.
