Work to PPM schedules, liaising with planners to stay on track. Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns to keep production running. Complete risk assessments, method statements, and permit to work requirements. Support and train mechanical apprentices. Maintain accurate records and documentation for maintenance tasks. What You’ll Bring Completed recognised Mechanical Trades Apprenticeship, or equivalent. Demonstrable experience in manufacturing, ideally in construction materials manufacturing, engineering or heavy maintenance background. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and turning/milling. Trade Qualification is essential. Shift experience with continental/unsociable patterns. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. What You’ll Do Review design schemes and drawings to identify the most suitable light gauge steel solution for each project. Develop the Remagin solution by translating client briefs and designing information into a commercially viable proposal.
