    Role details: The ESS Site Manager will be responsible for supervising and organizing the day-to-day work activities of ESS Ltd Maintenance Technicians on site, to the highest standard and performed in a thorough and timely fashion. Areas of responsibility: Supervise daily and weekly work of technicians to meet goals and objectives. Ensure that the Manufacturing Department is provided with adequate shift support at all times. Promote a safety culture at all times within the Maintenance team. Ensure the Maintenance team adhere to the SK values at all times. Ensure maintenance technicians are fully trained on all new equipment / technology brought to site. Ensure that training needs for the maintenance technicians are identified and that time is allocated to deliver training effectively. Maintain up to date training records.     The Asset Care Engineer (Reliability) provides engineering oversight across ESS client sites to drive improvements in asset reliability, performance and lifecycle management. This role plays a critical part in supporting clients in sectors such as Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, High-Tech Manufacturing, Utilities, Data Centres, Facilities Management and Regulated Industrial Environments. Key Responsibilities 1. We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians to join our current team on site. Main duties and responsibilities : Maintain site process equipment, including utilities. Replace and repair defective mechanical & electrical equipment, instruments and cabling when necessary. Support process changeovers and process cleaning. Maintain items of instrumentation, measurement and control associated with process equipment as well as utilities.     Maintenance Electrician required to carry out electrical duties and maintenance repairs within a facility environment. Duties : Performs routine and non-routine maintenance service or repairs within the facility, which may involve service of machinery, electrical and mechanical repairs, or installations, in conformance to established standards.
