A fast-growing tech organisation in the AI solutions space is hiring multilingual Inside Sales Representatives to drive new customer acquisition and manage the full sales cycle. This role is perfect for target-driven sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at consultative, customer-focused selling.
What you’ll do:
Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social)
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of SMB prospects
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Deliver persuasive presentations and product explanations
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategy and close deals
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Track industry trends to identify new opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
What you need:
Fluency in German , French , Italian , Spanish , or Portuguese + strong English (C1)
Proven track record in outbound B2B or SaaS/tech sales
Strong consultative selling and communication skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise effectively
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
Adaptable, proactive, and highly motivated to exceed targets
