    About the Role: EPS Group is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring cost control, contractual compliance, and value optimisation throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and management of subcontract procurement packages. Analyse and prepare cost estimates for tenders and contracts in line with industry benchmarks. Measure and assess bills of quantities; prepare and verify valuations, including re-measurements. Monitor project variations and prepare material order schedules; ensure robust document control. Negotiate and agree interim payments and final accounts with clients and subcontractors. Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and administer contract records effectively. Manage claims and support resolution of contractual disputes. Conduct accurate measurement and valuations for both employers and subcontractors. Prepare monthly progress applications and provide detailed financial reporting on contract performance. Draft and manage subcontract agreements, including terms and conditions, and monitor compliance throughout the contract duration. Key Competencies and Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within civil engineering or water infrastructure projects. Proven ability to manage costs and subcontractor relationships effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent English is essential. Proficient in relevant IT systems and software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.   • Site Engineer - Galway

    About the Role: Join EPS Group as a Site Engineer and play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality water treatment infrastructure projects. This position involves supervising Civil and MEICA works, ensuring compliance with HSQE standards and supporting project delivery from award to handover. Key Responsibilities: Supervise site works for minor civil and M&E works ensuring compliance with project quality plans and safety protocols. Manage Health & Safety documentation and enforce safe work practices. Supervise and co-ordinate site labour and subcontractors, managing resources, and planning work to meet deadlines. Support the project team for procurement of labour, materials, and equipment. Develop and manage project timelines from award to handover. Prepare engineering reports, method statements, commissioning schedules, as-built records and technical documentation. Participate in design reviews with the project team and assist with resolution of technical difficulties promptly. Maintain site records and assist project commercial team with monitoring site costs, highlighting additional works, and providing data for valuations. Key Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Strong understanding of contract conditions, construction regulations and construction documentation.     About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for anElectricianto join ourService & Repairsteam. The position will be covering the Cork region. As part of our growing team you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and repairs activities on municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants and various pumping stations. No two days will be the same, so your activities will vary and will be agreed with the Service Manager on an ongoing basis.
