Role Overview As a Program Manager at EOS, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution. You’ll oversee complex programs that align with our business objectives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact. This role demands a combination of cross‑function collaboration across the business, strategic foresight, and hands‑on program management expertise to deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute program strategies that align with EOS’s strategic goals. Deliver and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, establishing robust reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and progress. Mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and objectives. Standardize project management practices across teams for consistency and efficiency. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate feedback. Collaborate on the planning, execution, and delivery of software development and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Identify and implement process improvements across development and deployment workflows to enhance speed, reduce waste, and improve quality. Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging experimentation, adopting emerging technologies, and integrating modern development practices. Evaluate, select, and implement software development tools and platforms that support scalability, collaboration, and automation. Work closely with engineering, product, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and processes. Define and track KPIs related to development efficiency, tool adoption, and innovation outcomes; use insights to guide continuous improvement. Proactively manage change across programs to ensure successful implementation and minimal disruption. Support teams with training and documentation to ensure effective use of new tools and processes. Conduct post‑program reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Lead and support business transformation initiatives by aligning technology programs with evolving operational needs and strategic priorities. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. 5+ years of experience in program management, with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross‑functional teams. Strategic mindset with strong decision‑making capabilities. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMI/PMP, Agile, Microsoft Project, JIRA). Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making. Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments. Lean Six Sigma certification and operational excellence experience are highly desirable. The Role As an AV Field Technician, you’ll be a key member of our EMEA & UK/ROI deployment team, responsible for the installation, configuration, and decommissioning of Audio Visual systems at client sites across the region. You’ll ensure technology is installed to the highest standards, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service in fast-paced environments. Installs will mostly take place in the commercial/corporate sector. Please note, it is a condition of employment that you are eligible and able to frequently travel across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Position overview The CAD Engineer will work as part of the design team, helping to design and develop cutting edge audio and video services/systems. You will be involved in the lifecycle of the overall internal AV/VC technology strategy. Audio Visual experience is preferred for this position. What you’ll do Assist in the development of briefs, including site surveys, preliminary sketches, working drawings and specifications. Prepare plans, drawings & models. Provide technical advice and assistance. Liaise with contractors, consultants & clients. Advise and direct contractors and other relevant parties throughout all stages of construction, including site inspection and attendance at site meetings. Utilize pre‑designed programs on computing and associated equipment as a tool in the provision of the service. In particular to prepare drawings using computer aided design software. Work to programs and deadlines in consultation with Project Managers. Undertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company. Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post‑holder.
