Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 6-month contract in based Co Kildare. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join our clients existing support team who are responsible forsoftware installation, troubleshooting and computer maintenance for a large local user base. As the first point of contact, the service desk analyst will respond to phone calls, emails and resolve both software and hardware issues. The Technical Support Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive,manage and help to resolve online, chat and phone initiated technical issues and queries Updateall user queries through the incident logging system Provide support on IT issues, and keep users informed of issues or concerns Troubleshoot independently and resolve certain levels of IT support issues Prioritise,document and actively resolve end user help requests and Incidents Escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary Dofollow-ups with users to confirm their needs have been met QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: An IT Qualification 1+ Years Technical Support experience Good Windows support experience Good problem-solving skills Stamp 4 or EU Passport is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
