Commercial Director (New Business & Growth) Location: Ireland (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week in Sligo) Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a Commercial Director to join our leadership team. Enterprise Defence is building a new generation of enterprise operational intelligence and cybersecurity solutions for large, multi‑site organisations across financial services, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. We are appointing a senior, hands‑on Commercial Director to work directly with the CEO and own new business growth. This is a lead‑from‑the‑front role focused on closing enterprise deals, opening export markets, and building a scalable commercial function. This is not a step‑back role.It suits someone who still enjoys selling and wants real ownership of growth. What You’ll Do Own and execute the company’s commercial and revenue strategy. Personally lead and close new enterprise customers. Drive new logo acquisition across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and export markets. Build and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM systems. Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial models for scalable growth. Work closely with the CEO and technical leadership to commercialise innovation. Establish sales processes and foundations that support international scaling.
