The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimising the SAP SuccessFactors suite to meet evolving HR and business needs. This role plays a key part in driving digital transformation initiatives in the HR function and works closely with IT and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation. Identify and recommend system improvements and automation opportunities. Keep up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and industry best practices. Participate in testing, validation, and change management during system upgrades or releases. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support. Proficiency across multiple SuccessFactors modules. Experience with HRIS integration tools and data flows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to time & attendance systems and SAP Payroll is a distinct advantage. Participation in at least one SAP SuccessFactors implementation project. Familiarity or working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (not required, but beneficial). Experience with MS Access is a plus.
