As a Telecommunications Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining Operational Telecommunication Networks for various utility sectors.Work with sales teams to design, provision, and operate Operational Telecommunication Networks. Provide level 2 and level 3 support to clients, analyzing and solving network incidents. Investigate network performance issues, develop plans to address them, and implement solutions. Perform equipment configuration, provide support for field deployment, and troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Monitor, react, and troubleshoot client network issues in the Network Operations Center (NOC). Assess risk of adds and changes with clients, plan cutovers, and carry out regular preventive maintenance inspections. Create and maintain documentation, including network architecture drawings. Act as a technology champion, driving change, developing new service offerings, and finding innovative ways to use existing infrastructure.
