The role We are looking for an ambitious junior consultant to join our nursing team. This is a full 360 recruitment role, with full training and a clear path to grow your career. Responsibilities Sourcing, screening and interviewing nursing candidates Building relationships with hospitals, nursing homes and care providers across Ireland Business development - opening new client accounts and growing existing ones Managing placements from offer through to successful start Working closely with the bookings team to deliver excellent service Meeting weekly and quarterly performance targets Who we're looking for A recent graduate, or someone with 1-3 years' experience in sales, customer service, retail or a call-centre environment Confident on the phone and comfortable building relationships Ambitious, motivated and target-driven Resilient and self-disciplined A strong home internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace Eligible to work in Ireland A healthcare background is a bonus but not required. We provide full training.
