The primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home to ensure high-quality care for residents. You will lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall standard of care and operations. Additional tasks include maintaining positive relationships with residents and families, managing budgets, and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for staff and residents alike. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire healthcare professionals. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices. Proven expertise in planning, organization, and efficient operational oversight in a healthcare setting. Excellent interpersonal, communications, and conflict-resolution skills to engage with residents, families, and staff. Compassionate approach with a dedication to person-centered care and creating a positive living environment for residents. Registered Nurse qualification with active registration or equivalent healthcare certification. Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare or nursing home setting is strongly preferred. Proficiency in record-keeping, administrative tasks, and financial management would be an advantage.
