Communication with Clients - liaising with customers regarding treatment plans, actions to be taken, safety precautions etc. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Documentation and Record-Keeping - maintaining records of services provided via our Elis Pest Control Portal Compliance with Safety and Environmental Regulations - Education and Training - participation in ongoing training and certification programs, including the Elis Pest Control Academy to stay current with industry best practices, new products, and safety protocols.
