  • Munster Service Account About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused Service Account Manager to join a dynamic commercial team in the Munster region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a large portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while consistently meeting or exceeding defined KPIs and sales targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring our service offering aligns with their evolving needs. This role is 100% focused on account management. Responsibilities: Manage a large and diverse portfolio of existing clients across the Munster region, ensuring regular contact and high levels of engagement. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Managing just-in-time stock rotation. Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the voice of the customer within the business. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth. Meet and exceed individual and regional KPI targets, including client retention, satisfaction scores, revenue, and portfolio performance. Conduct regular account reviews and performance reporting. Work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery. Resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems. Qualifications: Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably managing a large portfolio. A customer-first mindset, with a track record of delivering outstanding service. Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate. Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively across a high-volume portfolio. Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the Munster region.
