Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Irish employment law and internal policies. Maintain employee records and payroll data, including changes to salary, benefits, and employment status. Administer pensions, bonuses, social welfare, and statutory payments such as maternity or sick pay. Act as the first point of contact for payroll and HR queries from team members. Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, promotions and contract changes. Coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and drafting offers. Track and report on people metrics such as turnover, headcount, absence, and payroll costs. Assist in the continuous improvement of people systems, including integration with finance and payroll tech solutions. Ensure GDPR and employment equity compliance across all employee data and processes. Support the Head of People & Culture with broader HR strategy and team experience initiatives. Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a payroll, HR operations, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Irish payroll processes, tax laws, and employment legislation. High level of proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. Experience working in a fast‑paced and growing organisation. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution‑focused approach. Degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the renewable energy or construction sectors is an advantage.
