Description As our Warehouse Operative, you will assist in the day-to-day running of our warehouse and back of house areas. Supporting the sales team in all aspects of stock handling. Managing deliveries and shipments, sourcing and delivering requested stock to store accurately and efficiently, reviewing stock levels and actioning on this and managing the standards and organisation of the stock room to ensure our stock file is consistently accurate. Your organisation and attention to detail will ensure that the company standards are always maintained, as a result of ensuring the shopfloor is consistently stocked and our stock holding is accurate and reflective of our sales and clientele. This will ensure the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for every customer. Contract Type: Permanent Weekly Hours: 12 hours per week across 2/3 days - flexibility required What Will You Do? Ensure deliveries and orders are received, checked against paperwork and filed away as per the business standards. Ensure all stock is picked accurately, in a timely accurate manner against agreed KPI's. Ensure that all stock is handled as carefully and efficiently as possible, as per training and methods instructed by management. Ensure that our customers requirements are met, and exceeded within deadlines through coordinating and prioritising activity across shifts. Identify problems which may occur and take appropriate action to resolve the situation, updating managers as necessary. Ensure that all products are stored carefully and in the correct location at all times. Ensure back of house standards are consistently strong, allowing us efficiency and accuracy. Ensure all instructions given by management are followed at all times. To contribute to the maintenance of the Elemis store standards by consistently reviewing stock levels, understanding the business and replenishing the store when necessary. To support the management in the auditing of stock each quarter. Support management with stock orders on a weekly basis. Consistently and effectively communicate with the management team regarding all stock related issues. Description As our Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis store by driving the sales of Elemis products. Your passion for Elemis and providing exceptional product knowledge to ensure strong sales KPIS are essential in this role. As a retail expert, you will ensure link selling and eventing is key to your remit reporting into the Retail Development Consultant. Your organisation and attention to detail will ensure that the Company standards are always maintained, through the delivery of an exceptional Elemis journey for each client. To pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and store targets are met, and to strive to exceed set targets. Ensure products prescribed are appropriate to clients' needs and take into account medical contraindications.
