From onboarding new players to helping them return when they have issues, we support fans across their EA experiences and keep them safe online. What You’ll Do Lead Portfolio Operations Drive the rhythm of the business by aligning portfolio activities with company OKRs and improving fan experiences Set and maintain standards for clear and consistent project documentation, from business cases to performance reports Develop engaging portfolio communications and progress updates for stakeholders Build and maintain portfolio roadmaps to ensure visibility and alignment across Fan Care teams Manage project intake, backlog, and portfolio steering sessions with leadership Define and track portfolio KPIs, communicating insights and progress clearly Build trusted relationships across teams and advocate for portfolio needs and priorities Lead portfolio-wide change management to support smooth adoption of new tools or processes Drive Planning and Delivery Translate strategic goals into actionable delivery plans across the Self-Service portfolio Collaborate with leaders across EA to connect long-term strategy with near-term execution Identify and prioritize initiatives that elevate fan experiences and operational excellence Align resources to ensure high-impact work gets done efficiently Anticipate and manage cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and trade-offs Track outcomes against business cases and OKRs to ensure measurable value Facilitate quarterly and annual planning to keep the portfolio data-informed and agile Manage Large-Scale Projects Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring clarity of scope, ownership, and timelines Make informed, timely decisions that shape project outcomes Proactively monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders Ensure consistent documentation, communication, and historical record-keeping Drive issue resolution and facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons learned and improve future execution Lead a Project Management Team Manage and coach a team of Project Managers, setting clear expectations and aligning their work with portfolio and organizational goals Develop team capabilities in project delivery, communication, risk management, and data-driven decision-making Foster delivery excellence by upholding consistent project management standards, documentation practices, and quality expectations What you’ll bring to the role Deep understanding of project lifecycles, management standards, and backlog management Proven ability to lead large, interconnected programs with measurable impact Strong data analysis skills to distill insights into actionable recommendations Confident leadership and presentation skills with cross-functional and executive teams Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement Experience leading a team of project or program managers, with a track record of developing talent and scaling execution quality Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and solution-focused with a passion for improvement Experience & Tools 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within global and cross-functional teams Experience managing and developing high-performing project or program managers Familiarity with Project Management processes and best practices Fluency in business tools such as Google Suite, Jira, and Airtable PMP certification preferred (not required) Pay Transparency - North America Compensation And Benefits The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). Illinois (depending on location e.g. Chicago vs Illinois City) $141,300 - $192,000 USD Massachusetts (depending on location e.g. Boston vs Springfield) $150,100 - $212,000 USD Jersey City, NJ $150,100 - $212,000 USD New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo) $141,300 - $212,000 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off, sick time, holidays, family leave, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. AI Senior Product Manager – Self‑Service Fan Care You're the AI Senior Product Manager. You are part of EA's Customer Experience organization that strives to make EA known for taking care of players. You will report to the Director of Product for Self‑Service Fan Care and lead parts of our AI‑driven products and features to both improve existing and develop new fan care experiences that keep our players in game. You will lead product planning throughout the product lifecycle to ensure our Customer Experience offerings support the strategy and goals of EA. You understand how model behavior, evaluation methods, prompting approaches, and architectural constraints translate into real player outcomes. Comfortable at managing ambiguity through a combination of communication, analytical, and decisiveness skills. Confidence to present ideas and sell your vision to team members and other key stakeholders. Adaptable to rapidly changing environments and contexts. Adept at coaching and empowering team members to support the delivery of impactful and differentiating experiences.
