This role will be responsible for providing deep technical expertise, operational support, release and upgrade management, and strategic guidance forour client's organization's Saviynt platform and related UAM processes. The SME will act as a key resource for troubleshooting, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the effective and secure management of user access across the enterprise. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with theSaviyntIAM platform. Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting IAM systems (Saviynt) Demonstrated experience managing IAM platform upgrades and releases Experience with integrating IAM platforms with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, cloud applications, databases) Experience with access certifications, access requests, role management, and custom workflow rule & policy design Ability to design, implement, and manage RBAC policies Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with theSaviyntIAM platform Strong understanding of IAM concepts and principles Proficiency in IAM configuration and administration Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus API security knowledge including OAuth & OpenID connect Understanding of database and middleware concepts such as SQL and RHEL Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud IAM Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON for data exchange Preferred Qualifications: Saviynt certifications ideally Experience with other IAM tools and technologies Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to document processes clearly and concisely Ref: EET7453 (Additional information is available on successful application) If you are interested in applying for this role, please do so via the relevant link.
