Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects in urban and rural environments, focusing on urban areas. Approach projects with a commercial mindset. Oversee sewer and water connections across Greater Dublin and surrounding counties. Provide detailed cost-to-complete values and claims narratives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, representatives, third-party providers, and stakeholders. Review, construct, and draft detailed drawings to support value engineering and efficient design. Analyze design briefs and prepare design packs from concept to detailed designs, considering environmental, archaeological, and other relevant factors. Prepare and communicate regular project status reports and strategic guidance. Lead and manage an existing team with strong communication and leadership skills. Assess the construction feasibility of complex water and wastewater projects. Coordinate with staff, departments, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Improve team structures and processes, supporting new team members and external supply chains. Candidate Requirements: Full, clean driver’s license. Experience with UK or Irish Water Standards (Potable & Foul). Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently and in teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong time management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Integrity and commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
