Director of Sales – Large Business Markets (Enterprise & Government)

Role Purpose Lead the sales strategy and performance for Fixed, Mobile, and ICT/Managed Security Services across Enterprise and Government markets. Drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and build a highperforming sales organisation that reflects the ambition and values of eir Business.
Key Objectives Deliver revenue, margin, and overall P&L targets.
Define and execute the Enterprise & Government customer and channel strategy.
Build and lead a highperforming sales leadership team.
Strengthen CXOlevel relationships across the Enterprise and Government sectors.
Foster a culture of customer intimacy, accountability, and sales excellence.
Promote eir Business at relevant industry forums to support brand visibility and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities Lead Account Management, Business Development, and Sales Operations teams across Commercial, Enterprise, and Government segments.
Manage the Opex budget, including pay, nonpay, and headcount planning.
Maintain and grow market share across core solutions and emerging strategic areas such as Managed Services, Security, Cloud, and AI.
Provide strategic direction to the sales leadership team, ensuring alignment with the eir Business 5Year Strategy.
Establish a competitive, customer centric sales environment that drives performance and loyalty.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, priority customers, and key industry partners.
Track market trends and emerging opportunities to strengthen competitive advantage.

Customer NPS
Experience & Skills 7+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise/Large Business environments
10+ years B2B ICT or telecommunications sales experience, ideally within Government or Enterprise sectors
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within large organisations and influence senior stakeholders
Proactive, performance driven, and committed to continuous improvement
Strong understanding of complex, multisolution sales into large organisations
Excellent organisational, planning, and reporting skills
