Position will be offered as full time permanent role with significant opportunity for career development for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing steps to ensure adherence to quality standards Identify areas for improvement and to ensure that all product leaving the floor has undergone a series of quality checks-either AQL or 100% as approved Experience working in Electronics manufacturing environment distinct advantage. Knowledge of IPC standards - soldering, product inspection, testing etc. Maintain all records relating to quality & manufacturing, creating new and updating current MI/TI/ OQA and maintaining detailed records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformances and preparing quality reports for management. Communicate defects to production staff at weekly meetings, recommend adjustments, and help implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Work with the production manager to analyse quality data to identify trends, develop new quality control procedures, and suggest ways to optimize workflows. Also work with engineering, design, and purchasing teams to resolve quality problems and improve overall product reliability.
