    We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who knows that online success means more than beautiful posts. If you know how to transform business goals into effective social media strategies, if you follow trends and algorithms like your favorite TV series, and if you have a portfolio that says more than a CV, then we may be what you are looking for. Responsibilities: As a Social Media Specialist, you will play an essential role in growing brands in our portfolio. You will be responsible for both the overall social media strategy and the creation of content and performance analysis. You will work closely with the strategy, design, video production and paid media, to ensure coherence and impact in all campaigns. Your responsibilities will include: ● Creating and implementing social media and influencer marketing strategies for the clients we will work for, but also for ourselves. ● Writing and scheduling posts, adapted for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. ● Coordinate campaigns and collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver clear and coherent messages. ● Daily monitoring of accounts and interaction with the community. ● Developing monthly editorial calendars and content plans based on objectives the client. ● Identifying opportunities for organic growth and increasing engagement. ● Analysis of results and development of performance reports, accompanied by proposals optimization concrete. ● Managing relationships with influencers, including selection, negotiation and tracking results campaigns. Requirements: ● Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing (in-house, agency or freelance). ● Excellent communication and written skills in Romanian (and English – nice) to have). ● Understand how algorithms work and what reach, engagement and conversions mean. ● You have a keen eye for design, but also an analytical mind for interpreting numbers. ● You are organized and can work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality. ● You know tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Google Sheets & Presentation, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, etc. ● You are up to date with social media trends and have your own initiatives.
