    We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our expanding operations in our Laois office. Duties: Answer phones and online chat for our potential customers and clients. Develop a good working knowledge of products, placement, and what products we carry and be able to convey these to a potential customer by using our quoting system. Help the daily running of the company by organizing the daily tasks of the office. Print out all jobsheets for the warehouse staff so that they can send out products in a timely manner. Maintain a good working relationship with your team and the other teams in the company. Have an interest in solar and services and an enthusiastic approach to help sell it. Preferred Experience: Proficient at Email, Multitasking, Typing, and Standard Computer knowledge. Proficient at Microsoft Office or similar. A good work ethic and telephone manner. Positive attitude with an appetite for growth. Logical thinker. Ability to work on their own initiative. Familiarity with Mac computers is a benefit.
