Description
We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to join a growing digital engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of secure, scalable applications used in complex, regulated environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a developer with strong foundational skills who is eager to expand their full stack expertise while working on meaningful, user‑centred solutions. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, product teams, and UX designers to deliver high‑quality digital products.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full stack applications
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services
Develop responsive, accessible web interfaces and implement features from requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code
Develop backend services and work with databases to support application functionality
Assist with integrations, API consumption, and event‑driven systems
Support production systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Angular, or Vue
Deliver responsive UI components aligned with UX and design standards
Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance user experience
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑based development practices
Work in containerised environments and support DevOps initiatives
Participate in system support and incident response activities
Apply secure coding and data protection best practices
Support testing and quality assurance processes
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of professional software development experience
Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue (JavaScript/TypeScript)
Backend: Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), .NET, or Python
APIs: RESTful services
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB
Version Control: Git
Experience working on production applications within a team
