What you’ll do: As part of Eaton’s supply chain digital transformation, we are seeking a highly motivated expert contributor to join our Kinaxis CoE team as Global Process Lead (user experience), with solid Kinaxis experience – to help drive the deployment of best-in-class advanced planning solutions across the Enterprise and help end-users adopt the solution through training and process reinforcement. Eaton is deploying the Kinaxis end-to-end concurrent planning solution across all businesses to plan and deliver materials, inventory, and factory/supplier capacity across the end-to-end supply chain in order to meet customer expectations and achieve profitable sales growth. The Process Lead/User experience will work with SCM, Operations, and IT teams across businesses, as well as with other Process Leads on the Kinaxis CoE to define and harmonize long-term planning decisions, with excellent problem-solving skills, experience interfacing with users and documenting business processes, and the ability to influence others and foster teamwork. Responsibilities: Design and deploy Kinaxis solutions, ensuring standardization and collaborating with CoE Process Leads and Eaton businesses. Act as gatekeeper on the central governance board, managing requirements and improvement pipelines. Partner with stakeholders to address pain points, propose solutions, and lead solution design for global templates. Develop playbooks, manage training sessions, and ensure process adherence and standardization. Support training efforts, build a community of supply chain professionals, and ensure solution consistency. Conduct fit-gap analysis, support long-term solution design, and travel 10-25% as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent. Experience in Supply Chain Planning or Operations Management (Demand Planning, Supply & Capacity Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory management, Supplier Collaboration etc.) Previous experience implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse is a must. Experience in large supply chain transformation projects. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes from planning to execution & SIOP. Experience in Project Management, preferably with Agile Methodology or Scrum Framework. Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to train large groups virtually or in-person. Collaborative meeting skills and ability to work in a virtual work environment. Critical thinker with strong analytical skills. Digital skills to help build a supply chain that is collaborative and connected with advanced solving capabilities. Knowledge of in depth commissioning procedures covering primary and secondary injection testing, protection relay testing, polarity testing, insulation and high voltage testing. Programming of PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA, or process control) an advantage.
