We work with digital agencies and IT consultancies who need to scale their delivery capacity — fast, flexibly, and without the overhead of direct hiring. Our team of 200+ vetted developers slots seamlessly into client workflows, fully white-labelled if needed. This is a commission-only, remote role — built for experienced B2B sales professionals who know how to open doors and close deals independently.
Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to sell nearshore staff augmentation and white-label development services.
Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with digital agencies, dev studios, and IT consultancies across Europe.
Manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close, acting autonomously.
Collaborate with clients on technical allowables and provide closing support as needed.
Qualifications Proven track record in B2B tech or IT services sales
An existing network within digital agencies, dev studios, or IT consultancies
Experience selling outsourcing, nearshoring, or managed services
Ability to work autonomously and manage a pipeline from cold to close
