Proactively identify, track, and manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and clients through roadmap planning, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, with a strong understanding of the agile SDLC. Demonstrable experience managing project timelines, dependencies, and budgets effectively. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building successful client relationships.
