The role ensures that all client operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory standards, and industry best practice. This position plays a critical leadership role in fostering a proactive safety culture while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting operational excellence. The Senior HSE Manager will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and will be supported by the DSS Operations Manager and Consultancy Services Manager in relation to organisational structure and business scope. Key Responsibilities Client HSE Management Act as the appointed Senior HSE lead for key clients in the Dublin / Leinster region. Manage client relationships in line with DSS operational requirements. Health & Safety Policy Development Develop, review, and update health and safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practice.
