Receptionist/Administrator Position: Full-time/Contract The Opportunity Dunleas of Kilcullen, a long-established dealer in the Kildare automotive market, are seeking to recruit a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. The candidate will be the face of the business, welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to our showroom. The role involves working closely with the Sales, Service and Parts teams. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in an efficient and friendly manner, understand the purpose of their visit, and alert the relevant team members. Handle incoming calls by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately, taking messages and offering basic information when required. Maintain the Reception waiting area. Manage shared mailbox, directing enquiries to the relevant team members. Support the team with day-to-day administrative requirements including social media marketing and promotional mailings. Liaise closely with Sales/Service/Parts departments to ensure customer service standards are upheld.
