Quality Specialist We have a career opportunity for a Quality Specialist who will work as part of our client's team to develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and other business processes and requirements. Our Client produces high-quality automation solutions that impact the execution of real-world machinery and processes. This experience means we possess cross-discipline capabilities when integrating systems from the Factory Floor to the Cloud. Duties: Responsible for management of documented information in compliance with the ISO 9001 standard requirements Prepare and update company documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO 9001 and business requirements Ensure compliance with all our business process documentation such as FL (Functional Logic), QPP (Quality and Project Plan), Bills of Materials (BOMs), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Change Request (CR), etc. Provide reports on business process documentation compliance to Senior Management Provide support to internal audits and regulatory inspections Management of company Quality Management System (QMS) Communicating QMS document changes to relevant departments promptly and efficiently Support other departments and functions in compliance with their QMS responsibilities Assist with induction training with new hires on Quality topics as required Preparation of quality reports for quality meetings, management, and customer reviews as required and analyze key metrics Lead person for implementing new standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 17025, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field Technical writing skills Strong communication skills; both verbal and written Proficient Microsoft Office user (including SharePoint and Teams) Detail-oriented Demonstrable self-motivation with the ability to multitask Full Driver’s License is required For more information and a confidential chat please contact Gerard Cunniffe on (+(phone number removed)). #J-18808-Ljbffr
